Product Overview
The MAX8069ESA+ is a 1.2V temperature compensated voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. It uses the bandgap principle to achieve excellent stability and low noise at reverse currents down to 60μA. It features excellent stability, freedom from oscillation. The MAX8069 is a functional alternative to Maxim’s ICL8069 with an identical pin-out. The device is used in analogue to digital converters, digital to analogue converters, threshold detectors and voltage regulators.
- Output voltage temperature coefficient is ±25ppm/°C
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Output voltage change is 15mV
- Low reverse voltage
- Low dynamic impedance of 1ohm at IR = 60μA
- RMS noise voltage is 20μV at 10Hz≤ f ≤ 10KHz, IR = 500μA
