                      Product Overview

                      ADG804 is a low voltage 4-channel CMOS multiplexer comprising four single channels. This device offers ultralow on resistance of less than 0.8 ohm over the full temperature range. The digital inputs can handle 1.8 V logic with a 2.7V to 3.6V supply. This device switches one of four inputs to a common output, D, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, and EN. A logic 0 on the EN pin disables the device. It has break-before-make switching. It is fully specified for 3.3V, 2.5V, and 1.8V supply operation. It is used in application such as MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems, audio and video signal routing, communication systems etc.

                      • On resistance is 0.5ohm typical at (VDD = 2.7V; VS = 0V to VDD, IS = 10mA)
                      • High current carrying capability is 300mA continuous
                      • Rail-to-rail switching operation
                      • Fast switching time is 25ns typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF)
                      • –3dB bandwidth is 30MHz typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, VDD = 1.65V ± 1.95V, GND = 0V)
                      • Insertion loss is 0.08dB typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5 pF, f = 100KHz, VDD = 1.65V ± 1.95V, GND = 0V)
                      • Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
                      • Package style is 10-lead mini small outline (MSOP)
