Product Overview
The DTD113ZKT146 is a 500mA NPN Digital Transistor with built-in bias resistor. The built-in bias resistor enables the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistor consists of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. It also has the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects.
- Only ON/OFF conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
