Product Overview
The DTD114EKT146 is a NPN Digital Transistor designed for inverter, interface, driver and switching circuit applications. The device offers built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. It also has the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects.
- Only the ON/OFF conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
