Product Overview
BTS5016SDAAUMA1 is a PROFET™, one-channel smart high-side power switch. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump. The design is based on Smart SIPMOS chip-on-chip technology. It has a current-controlled input and offers diagnostic feedback with load current sense and a defined fault signal in case of overload operation, overtemperature shutdown and/or short circuit shutdown.

- Improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
- Fast demagnetization of inductive loads, stable behavior at under-voltage
- AEC qualified
- Supply voltage range from 5.5 to 20V (VIN = 0V, Vbb = 12 V, Tj = -40 to 150°C)
- Operating current is 1.4mA typ (Vbb = 12V, Tj = -40 to 150°C)
- Output clamp is 42V typ (IL = 40mA, Tj = 25°C)
- Slew rate on 25% to 50% VOUT is 0.3V/µs typ (RL = 2.2ohm, Vbb = 12V, Tj = -40 to 150°C)
- PG-TO252-5-11 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
