                      Product Overview

                      The MAX6125ESA+ is a low cost, low dropout, three terminal voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. Unlike two terminal references that waste battery current and require an external resistor, this device supply current is virtually independent of input voltage variations which translate to longer battery life. It has an initial accuracy of ±1% and output temperature coefficient is typically 15ppm/°C.

                      • Supply voltage is 2.7V to 12.6V
                      • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
                      • Fixed output voltage of 2.5V
                      • Supply current is 75μA independent of input voltage
                      • Stable for all capacitive loads up to 10nF
                      • Optimized for 3V/5V operation
