Product Overview
NCP114ASN330T1G is a CMOS low dropout voltage regulator. It provides the engineer with a very stable, accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space-constrained, noise-sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery-operated portable applications, it employs the dynamic quiescent current adjustment for very low IQ consumption at no load. Typical applications include PDAs, mobile phones, GPS, smartphones, wireless handsets, wireless LAN, Bluetooth®, Zigbee®, portable medical equipment, and other battery-powered applications.

- Operating input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Very low quiescent current of Typ. 50µA
- Line regulation is 0.01%/V typ (VOUT + 0.5V to 5.5V (VIN<gt/>1.7V), TJ = +25°C)
- Output voltage accuracy range from -40 to +40mV (VOUT<lt/>2.0V, TJ = +25°C)
- Output current limit is 600mA typ (VOUT = 90% VOUT(nom), TJ = +25°C)
- Shutdown current is 0.01µA typ (VEN<lt/>0.4V, VIN = 5.5V, TJ = +25°C)
