MAX674CPA+

The MAX674CPA+ is a +10V precision voltage reference in 8 pin DIP package. The MAX674 is a precision voltage reference that is pretrimmed to within ±0.15% of 10V. The reference features excellent temperature stability (as low as 12ppm/°C guaranteed), low current drain and low noise. Typical applications include A/D converters, D/A converters, digital voltmeters, voltage regulators and threshold detectors.

• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Low noise of 20µVP-P, 750µA quiescent supply current at no load
• Low supply current of 1.4mA (max)
• Short circuit protected, 30mA short circuit current
• 0.006%/V line regulation, 0.001%/mA load regulation
• Pin for pin compatible with REF01
• 12ppm/°C temperature coefficient, 15mV initial error
• ±600mV output adjustment range
• 5µs turn-on settling time
