Product Information
Product Overview
AD8639 is a dual channel, wide bandwidth, auto-zero amplifier. It features rail-to-rail output swing and low noise. This amplifier have very low offset, drift, and bias current. Using the Analog Devices, Inc., topology, this auto-zero amplifier combine low cost with high accuracy and low noise. No external capacitors are required. In addition, it reduces the digital switching noise found in most chopper stabilized amplifiers. Many systems can take advantage of the rail-to-rail output swing provided by the amplifier to maximize signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). It is widely used in application such as pressure and position sensors, strain gauge amplifiers, medical instrumentation, thermocouple amplifiers, automotive sensors, precision references, precision current sensing etc.
- Low offset voltage is 9μV maximum
- Offset drift is 0.04μV/°C maximum
- Single-supply operation is 5V to 16V, dual-supply operation is ±2.5V to ±8V
- High gain is 136dB typ, voltage noise is 1.2μV p-p at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- High CMRR is 133dB typ, high PSRR is 143dB typical
- Gain bandwidth is 1.35MHz typ at (RL = 2Kohm, CL = 20pF, AV = 1)
- Very low input bias current is 40pA max
- Low supply current is 1.3mA max, slew rate is 2.5V/μs typ at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 20pF, AV = 1)
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
