ADG611YRZ

ADG611 is a monolithic CMOS device containing four independently selectable switches. These switches offer ultralow charge injection of 1pC over the full input signal range and typical leakage currents of 10pA at 25°C. The ADG611 differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. Typical applications are automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, communications systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, relay replacement, avionics.

• Rail-to-rail switching operation, fast switching times
• Typical power consumption is <lt/>0.1μW, TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs
• On resistance RON is 85ohm typ (at VS=±3V, IS=−1mA, VDD=+5V ± 10%, VSS=−5V ± 10%, GND=0V)
• Input current (digital inputs) is 0.005μA typ (at VIN=VINL or VINH, VDD=+5V ± 10%, VSS=−5V ± 10%)
• Digital input capacitance is 2pF typ (at VDD=+5V ± 10%, VSS=−5V ± 10%, GND=0V)
• Bandwidth (-3dB) is 680MHz typ (RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, VDD=5 V ± 10%, VSS=0V, GND=0V)
• 16-lead standard small outline package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
