Product Overview
LT1375 is a step-down switching regulator. A special high speed bipolar process and new design techniques achieve high efficiency at high switching frequency. Efficiency is maintained over a wide output current range by using the output to bias the circuitry and by utilizing a supply boost capacitor to saturate the power switch. It is widely used in application such as portable computers, battery-powered systems, battery charger, distributed power etc.

- Uses all surface mount components
- Inductor size reduced to 5µH
- Easily synchronizable
- Switch on resistance is 0.3 ohm
- Input supply current is 0.9mA typ, output supply current is 3.2mA typ
- Shutdown current is 20µA typ
- Cycle-by-cycle current limiting
- Operating temperature is 0°C to 125°C
- Packaging style is 8-lead plastic SO
