Product Overview
LT8336 is a low IQ, synchronous step-up DC/DC converter. It features silent switcher architecture and optional spread spectrum frequency modulation to minimize EMI emissions while delivering high efficiencies at high switching frequencies. The wide input/output voltage range, low VIN pin quiescent current in Burst Mode operation, and 100% duty cycle capability for the synchronous MOSFET in PassThru operation (VIN ≥ VOUT), make the device ideally suited for general purpose step-up and automotive preboost applications. It is widely used in application such as automotive and industrial power supplies, general purpose step-up etc.

- Operation voltage range is 2.7V to 40V, accurate 1V enable pin threshold
- Quiescent current is 0.3µA typical, 4µA typical at (SYNC/MODE = 0V, not switching)
- Quiescent current is 15µA typical at (VIN = 10.1V, VOUT = 10V, FB = 1.05V, In PassThru Mode)
- 100% duty cycle capability for synchronous MOSFET
- Adjustable and synchronizable is 300KHz to 3MHz
- Pulse-skipping or burst mode operation at light load
- Output soft-start and power good monitor, internal compensation
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 150°C
- Package style is 16-lead LQFN (laminate package with QFN footprint)
